AN ACT to provide for the services of Antigua and Barbuda for
the year ending on the 3 1st day of December, 2002.

[ 2nd May, 2002 ]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows-

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 2002. Shorttitle.

2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sum of four Issue of four hun-
hundred and forty million, four hundred and eight thousand, four dred and forty mil-

lion, four hundred hundredandtwenty-two dollars ($440,408,422.00) isauthorizedin and eight thousand,
order to meet expenditure for the services ofAntigua andBarbuda four hundred and
in respect of calendar year ending on the thirty-first day of twenty-two dollars.

Schedule; and the sun-specified in the Schedule opposite a Schedule.

Estimates for the year 2002.

Payment - how 3. The Accountant General is authorized and required from time
made. to time upon the order or warrant ofthe Minister ofFinance, to pay

the sums appropriated in the Schedule to the several services and
purposes mentioned, as the order or warrant directs out of the
Consolidated Fund without further order or formality.

Commencement. 4. This Act is deemed to have come into operation on the first
day of January, 2002.
