No. 1 of 1996

AN ACT to provide for the services of Antigua and Barbuda for
the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1996.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows-

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 1996. shoa title.

2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sum of two Issueoftwohundred
hundred and forty-three million, five hundred and eighty-five and forty-three mil-
thousand, one hundred and seventy-eight dollars :: "''

fied in relation to that numbered and named Head in the
Estimates for the year 1996.

Payment - how 3. The Accountant General is authorized and required from
made time to rime upon the order or warrant of the Minister of Finance

and Social Security, to pay the sums appropriated in the Sched-
ule to the several services and purposes mentioned, as the order
or warrant directs out of the Consolidated Fund without further
order or formality.

Commencement. 4. This Act is deemed to have come into operation on the first
day of January, 1996.
