Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope and objects 1. This circular guides the management of environmental protection tasks using the State budget by the Ministry of agriculture and rural development management (hereinafter referred to as the task of the environment).

Section II. SELECTION, DIRECT DELIVERY ORGANIZATIONS and INDIVIDUALS CHAIRED the TASK ENVIRONMENT article 6. Eligibility selection, direct communication 1. Article 15. Liquidation of the contract and confirmed complete tasks 1.
