Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated 26/11/2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of animal health, the Minister of agriculture and rural development, issued circulars and regulations on animal quarantine, animal products.
Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope and objects 1. Category 3. QUARANTINE of ANIMALS, ANIMAL PRODUCTS IMPORTED on LAND article 8. Quarantine of imported animals 1. Article 9. Quarantine of imported animal products 1. Article 10. Quarantine animals, imported animal products to carry the 1. Article 11. Quarantine of imported animals, animal product processing, machining to export 1. The quarantine of imported animals, animal products, to export processing is done according to the rules of quarantine of animals, animal products import.

Article 21. Marking of cattle shipped out of province-level areas 1.
