DECISION on approval of the project "training of teachers, trainers and security defense education for secondary schools, professional secondary, vocational secondary, vocational colleges and higher education institutions by 2020" _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law on education, June 14, 2005; Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law on education, November 25, 2009;
Pursuant to the law of national security on 3 December 2004;
Pursuant to the law on defence 14 June 2005;
Pursuant to the law of higher education on 18 June 2012;
The law on national defense education bases and security on June 19, 2013;

Pursuant to Decree No. 13/2014/ND-CP dated 25 February 2014 of government regulation and details measures to educate law enforcement, defense and security;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of education and training, the DECISION: article 1. Approval of the project "training of teachers, trainers and security defense education for secondary schools, professional secondary, vocational secondary, vocational colleges and higher education institutions by 2020" (hereinafter referred to as the scheme) with the following principal contents: i. the TARGET 2020 ensure training meets the 90% of the needs of teachers and 70% Faculty of education needs of Defense and security of teaching in secondary schools, professional secondary, vocational secondary, vocational colleges and higher education institutions.
II. The MISSION And SOLUTIONS 1. 4. The Ministry of the Interior

The Ministry of labour, invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of education and training of the vocational guidance in building standardized training plan staff, Faculty of education, defense and security, recruit graduates of teacher in vocational establishments directly.

Article 3. The effect and enforcement responsibilities 1. This decision has the effect since the date of signing. This decision replaces decision No 477/QD-TTg dated 12 April 2010 the Prime Minister's approval of the project "training teachers education-security for secondary schools, professional secondary and the period 2010-2016".
2. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee, the central cities is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
