CIRCULAR Guide to declaration process of the employer when the business began operations, reporting to employers in the business process activity and to report the termination of employee assigned as active business for enterprises in the army _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 182 base of the labor code and Decree No. 72/CP on 31-10-1995 of government regulation detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the labor code of employment, after the Exchange with the relevant Ministries and the Vietnam General Confederation of labour; Contact President Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs – Department of Defense Guide to declaration process of the employer when the business began operations, reported the use of labour in the business process activity and report the employer termination when the business end of operation for businesses in the army are as follows : I-OBJECT SCOPE: enterprises in the military, including:-in economic enterprises;

III-report of EMPLOYERS of the BUSINESS in the COURSE of BUSINESS ACTIVITIES: annual, first on January 15 and July 15, the employers of these enterprises must report to the Department of labor, invalids and Social Affairs and the local Ministry of defence about the situation of employers labour recruitment needs, and implemented the policy of labor mode of the previous year and the first 6 months (according to the model No. 2 attached to this circular).
IV report-EMPLOYEE TERMINATION TERMINATION ACTIVE BUSINESS ĐỘNGKHI: 1-end business activity specified in this circular includes the following cases: business was competent to decide to declare bankruptcy, dissolution, the activity licence has expired or the enterprise violates the law being the competent authorities withdraw the operating licence.

2. This circular takes effect after 15 days from the date of signing.
Enterprises in the military does not make the report the employer under the provisions of circular No. 16/LĐTBXH-TT on 5-9-1996 of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs on the labour recruitment in the process done what suggested to reflect the concerns of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs , The Department of Defense to study the resolution.
