III. -The level of subsidies by 48,000 VND/person/month for people suffering deformities deformities do not have the ability to labor, but also self was in living.
2. Health insurance: If not yet enjoying medical insurance mode shall be direct management unit to buy health insurance with 3% of the current minimum wages.
3. resistance elderly participants, lonely no refuge, the participant's resistance orphaned and parents do not own life then the consideration received on the basis of social protection and to the enjoyment of the mode according to the regulations of the State.
