CIRCULAR on management of online games (Online game) _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 55/2001/ND-CP dated 23 August 2001 of the Government on management, provision and use of Internet services;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated 11 November 2002 from the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of posts and telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/ND-CP dated 11 June 2003 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of culture and information;
Pursuant to Decree No. 142/2003/ND-CP dated 14 November 2003 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of public security;
Contact the Ministry of culture-information, posts and telecommunications, public safety uniform guidelines on the management of online games as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope and object applied to this circular governs the manufacture, supply and use of the online game service in Vietnam.
The object application is business, manufacturing personal online game service provider business, online games, corporate Internet access service providers (ISPS), Internet and agents who use the services of online games.

Article 4. Manufacture, processing online game business, individuals produce the games must guarantee conditions and comply with the provisions of the law of software production. CHAPTER II PROVIDES ONLINE GAME SERVICES article 5. Conditions of providing services of online game business is providing services of online games when it meets the following conditions: 1. For foreign enterprises and enterprises with foreign investment, review the conditions to be provided online game service in Vietnam according to the regulations of the investment law and the international treaties regarding cultural and Internet services that Vietnam signed or joined.

3. The Ministry of public security: a) direction and the prevention of the crimes arising from online game operations.
b) steer the business unit, the public security Department, the central cities in collaboration with specialized inspection of postal, telecommunications, cultural-information specialist to perform the inspection, test, handle the violations in the operation of supply and service businesses on online games, according to the provisions of the current law.
4. the people's committees of provinces and cities under central: a) directs the Government to conduct the management, inspection, check the operation of the business, personal productivity, providing services of online games, Internet agents providing services of online games.
