The CIRCULAR regulates the management and use of textile export quotas to the EU, Canada, Norway and Turkey in 1998 mission base to be Prime, based textile trade agreement with the EU in 1998-2000, signed off on November 17, 1997 and the current agreements with Canada , Norway and Turkey, the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of planning and investment, Ministry of industry state management regulations for the use of the term textile industry as follows: i. III. DELIVERY of The QUOTA USAGE RIGHTS over the use of the quota was divided into three installments: 1. Businesses pay for a quota notification or each batch exported breaking dawn. When the export license (E/L) in import-export management, business area must present a certificate from the quota fees for shipment.
Fee deadlines at the latest for the entire amount of the assigned quota is 15-10-1998. After the time limit on, if the business does not pay, the three sets will automatically revoke the quota. Enterprises are additional quotas after July 15-10 to file charges immediately after receiving the notice.
The Commerce Department's account to receive the fee is 362,111,370,725 at the Central Bank for foreign trade (Vietcombank TW).
