SCOPE and OBJECT adjustment: 1. 2. Group business lines to grant qualified certification of security, order prescribed in article 2 paragraph 1 of Decree 8/2001/ND-CP of the Government include: 2.1. II. Conditions Of SECURITY, Order 1.
