CIRCULAR NO. 9/2000/TT-BYT dated 28 April 2000 of the Ministry of health GUIDE HEALTH WORKERS in SMALL and MEDIUM ENTERPRISES-based on people's health protection laws on 11/7/1989.

The Health Ministry instructed the implementation of health care workers in the enterprises of small and medium business.
I. OBJECT And SCOPE Of APPLICATION 1.
