CIRCULAR regarding help make decision No. 187/2002/QD-TTG dated December 30, 2002 by the Prime Minister on salaries and allowances for officers and staff of the Bank for social policy _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the implementation of decision No 187/2002/QD-TTg dated December 30, 2002 of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the current provisions of the State's salary , after the opinion of the Ministry of Finance No. 2008 TC/TCNH on 05/3/2003, State Bank of Vietnam at no. 195/NHNN-TCCB on 03/3/2003, Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs Guide made the mode wage and allowance for officers, bank officers, social policy is as follows : i. the APPLICABLE OBJECT object to apply the regime of salary and allowance by decision No. 187/2002/QD-TTg dated the officers, officers working in social policy Bank, including: the Board of Trustees; Central governing body; Transaction, transaction levels in the branch (branch).

II. TRANSFER Of SALARY ARRANGEMENTS 1. IV. 3. Build standard rated the branch instructions in circular No. 17/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC dated 31/12/1998 and circular No. 10/2000/TTLT-BTC-BLDTBXH on 04/04/2000 of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs and finance and the Minister issued recommendations to the official ratings for the branch in 2005; Build standard professional service officer under guidance in circular No. 04/1998/TT-BLDTBXH on 04/04/1998 of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs to make the base grade professional officer; Construction payroll regulation according to the instructions in no. 4320/LĐTBXH-TL 31/12/1998 of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs to ensure that the principle of distribution according to labor, tied paychecks with the productivity, quality and efficiency of work of workers.

4. the reporting regimes of labour, wages and income in accordance with the provisions of the Government for State enterprises.

5. This circular have effect after 15 days from the Post Gazette. The mode specified in this circular apply from January 1, 2003.
