I. 4. professional activities: learning, advanced training, professional qualifications are the responsibility of the teacher. Each individual must arrange for the work to win more time learning, fostering. No labor regulations limit the time win for this task, so no rules into standard. III. EXCHANGE STANDARD And REDUCED TEACHING TIME LIMIT 1. d. Lecturer, academic Assistant, scientific, Deputy Head of Department, head of the class: 10%-15% of the norm, (down 15% quota for the Faculty of Defense education centers and teacher training schools education; reduce the 10% quota for other schools);
e. part-time local defense work (with no dedicated officers school): reduction of 15% of the norm;
g. part-time Secretary of the Party Committee, the President of the Union, Union Secretary, Chief Inspector, head of the people: 10% discount on the norm;
h. teachers participated in military training, public workers; teachers in an army reserve personnel (officers, professional soldier, non-commissioned officers, reserve soldiers) if there is a call to focus on labor, training, the teaching norms are reduced after having converted from hours of labor practice, rehearse out standard (4 hours = 1 hour).
