CIRCULAR guide implementation of decision No. 273/2005/QD-TTg dated 31/10/2005 by the Prime Minister about the regime served pursuant to decision No. 276/2005/QD-TTg on October 31, 2005 by the Prime Minister about the extra mode level of service, the Department of Defense instructions as follows : i. the SCOPE for TUỢNG to APPLY 1. Applicable objects: the officer has the rank of major general and served from the officer corps and the equivalent position.
2. The object do not apply: subject to the above officer was entitled to extra mode level serve as defined in decision No 205/2004/QD-TTg dated 10 December 2004 of the Prime Minister on the implementation of some policy, the regime for senior officers.
II. The LEVEL Of ALLOWANCES And The CALCULATION Of PAY 1. The level of allowance: a) the audience enjoy the level of 400,000/month allowance.
-Officers have the rank of Army General, Admiral of the Navy.
-Officers serving Commander of military region, the Corps and the equivalent weighting allowance currently enjoyed leadership from 1.20 upwards under the provisions of Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP on December 14, 2004 of the Government.
b) 200,000 allowance rates object/month.
-Officers having the rank of Lieutenant General, Vice Admiral of the Navy, major-general, Rear-Admiral of the Navy.
-Officers held command of the Corps and the equivalent weighting allowance currently enjoyed by leadership 1.10 as stipulated in Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP on December 14, 2004 of the Government.
2. Calculation of charged: a) officer was appointed or promoted, promoted from the allowance served from that month. If a person held or the level of service allowance under the military ranks and positions shall enjoy allowances for the highest service levels.
b) officer of the case prescribed in clause 1, section I of this circular was assigned, transferred from the position has a high level of service allowance to the position have lower service allowance, the allowance level reserved served during 6 months.
c) officer of the case prescribed in clause 1, section I to this circular have decided to stop serving, retired or died, the only allowance served from next month.
d) allowances calculated service charged the same monthly wage and the period are accounted on item 102, subsection 8, 80, 00 index system in the State budget adopted in the army.
III. EFFECT of this circular have the effect after 15 days from the date The report. Extra mode level of service specified in this circular is applicable from the date of decision No. 273/2005/QD-TTg on October 31, 2005 by the Prime Minister in effect enforced (November 2005); the previous provisions contrary to this circular are repealed.
