CIRCULAR auditing rules on technical safety and environmental protection of motor transport roads _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law on road traffic, November 13, 2008;

At the suggestion of the Director of science-technology and Director of the Vietnam register, the Minister of transport issued the circular on the accreditation provisions of technical safety and environmental protection of motor transport on road.
Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope 1. This circular auditing rules on technical safety and environmental protection of motor transport by road (hereinafter referred to as motor vehicles).
2. This circular does not apply to: a) motorcycles, mopeds, tractors, and similar vehicles;

Article 3. Article 11. Article 18.
