Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/N% C4% 90-CP & area = 2 & type = 0 & match = False & vc = True & lan = 1 "target =" _blank "> 76/2013/ND-CP on July 16, 2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of culture, sports and tourism;
At the suggestion of the Director of the legislation, the Minister of culture, sports and tourism issued a circular amending and supplementing some articles of circular No. 15/2012/TT-BVHTTDL; Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL% 3b & area = 2 & type = 0 & match = False & vc = True & lan = 1 "rel =" nofollow "target =" _blank "> 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL; Circular No. 88/2008/TT-& BVHTTDL area = 2 & type = 0 & match = False & vc = True & lan = 1 "rel =" nofollow "target =" _blank "> 88/2008/TT-BVHTTDL and circular No. 05/2013/TT-BVHTTDL.
Article 1. Additional amendments to circular No. 15/2012/TT-& BVHTTDL area = 2 & type = 0 & match = False & vc = True & lan = 1 "target =" _blank "> 15/2012/TT-BVHTTDL on December 13, 2012 of the Minister of culture, sports and Tourism Guide Copyright inspection activities and related rights 1. Article 2. Article 3. b) Schedule reviews the quality of tourist accommodation facilities specified in national standard rated the tourist accommodation types;
c) list of managers and staff in tourist accommodation facilities stipulated in annex 2 circular No 88/2008/TT-BVHTTDL;
d) copies are legal values: business registration certificate/certificate of registration of business households of tourist accommodation facilities, decided to set up the business (if you have changed the business registration certificate/certificate of registration of business households);
