Article 2: A regulation to take effect after 15 days from the date of signing.
This regulation instead of the "supplementary examinations regulation and secondary school" attached to decision No 57/QD on 03/02/1990 of the Minister of education and the decision 962/GD-Tel on 20/3/1997 of the Minister of education and training on the amendments and supplements to some articles in the supplementary examinations regulation base and attached middle school by decision No. 57/QD on 03/02/1990.

SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS REGULATIONS, MIDDLE and HIGH SCHOOL SUPPLEMENTARY (attached to decision No. 17/1998/QD-BGD & TEL on April 10, 1998 by the Minister of education and training) chapter I PURPOSE and BASIC REQUIREMENTS of the TEST article 1 Supplementary examinations, middle and high school supplementary is the State's assessment of the results learning, a work of students under training objectives upon completion of a program of study level.

Article 9 1. All students have the right to contest the first exam or exams Monday of each year if the conditions for competition.
