The DECISION of the MINISTER of SCIENCE, technology and the ENVIRONMENT regarding the temporary regulations on the working methods of the Council of science and technology recruitment consultancy organization and individual host made the subject of science and technology of the State level the period 2001-2005 MINISTER of SCIENCE , Technology and the ENVIRONMENT pursuant to the law on Science and technology on June 9, 2000;
Pursuant to Decree 22/1993 05/22 CP of the Government on the tasks, powers and organization of the Ministry of science, technology and the environment;
Pursuant to decision 82/2001/QĐ-TTg dated 24 May 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the direction, goals, mission science and technology primarily and directory of scientific and technological programs in key State-level 5-year period 2001-2005;
Pursuant to decision No. 15/2001/QD-BVHTT on 11 June 2001 of the Minister of science, technology and the environment promulgated the "interim regulations on the selection of organizations and individuals to host made the subject of science and technology of the State level the period 2001-2005";
Proposal of the Director General, management science and industrial technology, scientific management and agricultural technology, the management of natural and social science and Service planning, decision: article 1. The temporary regulations on the working methods of the Council of science and technology recruitment consultancy organization and individual host made the subject of science and technology of the State level the period 2001-2005.
Article 2. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of planning, Service Management Science and industrial technology, scientific management and agricultural technology, the management of the natural and social sciences, Chief of the Ministry, heads of unit and heads of the relevant organizations, organs are responsible for the implementation of this decision.

GENERAL PRINCIPLES 1. The evaluation selection based on the registered profile.
