The DECISION of the MINISTER of LABOR, invalids and SOCIAL AFFAIRS On issuing the Charter vocational MINISTER of LABOR, invalids and SOCIAL AFFAIRS pursuant to Decree 15/CP DATED August 3, 1993, mission rules the powers responsible for the governance of the ministries, ministerial agencies;
Pursuant to Decree 96/CP on 07 December 1993 regulates the functions, duties, powers and organization of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs: pursuant to Decree No. 31/2001/ND-CP on 09/01/2001 detailing the Government's enforcement of The labor law and the law on vocational education : at the suggestion of General Director of gdvt decision: article 1. Attached to this decision the Charter School.
Article 2. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signing.
The previous regulations for vocational school contrary to this Charter are repealed.
Article 3. Chief of the Ministry, General Director of Department of vocational training, vocational schools principals, heads of relevant units responsible for the implementation of this decision.
CHARTER VOCATIONAL SCHOOL (attached to decision No. 776/2001/QD-BLDTBXH on 09 August 2001 of the Minister of labor, invalids and Social Affairs) chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. The object and scope of application 1. This Charter provisions on the functions, duties, powers, organization and functioning of the vocational school;

Article 2. Location of vocational school 1. Vocational schools are educational institutions, careers in the national education system, established and operating pursuant to the law;

CHAPTER II ORGANIZATION of the VOCATIONAL PROCESS article 6. Article 14.
