The DECISION of the MINISTER of INDUSTRY On issuing temporary regulations on the admission in Government Ministry of industry to the MINISTER of INDUSTRY pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP DATED November 1, 1995 by the Government on the functions, duties, powers and organization of the Ministry of industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/1998/ND-CP on November 17, 1998 by the Government on recruitment, use and management of public officials;
Pursuant to circular No. 04/1999/TT-TCCP on March 20, 1999 a guide made of Decree 95/1998/ND-CP; The regulation on the Organization of the examination, grade civil servants attached to decision No. 468/1998-QD-TCCP-BCVC September 1998 of the Minister, head of the Organization-Government officials;
At the suggestion of the Director of personnel organization, decision: article 1. Attached to this decision "temporary regulations on the admission in The Agency industry".
Article 2. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signing.

The TEMPORARY REGULATIONS on the ADMISSION in the AGENCY industry (attached to decision No. 43/2001/QĐ-BCN on 02/10/2001 of the Minister of industry) chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. This regulation applies to review civil servants in the Ministry of industry.

Article 5.
1. Article 9.
