The decision on issuing special regulations of civil aviation _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of TRANSPORT pursuant to the law of civil aviation Vietnam in 1991 and the law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the Vietnam civil aviation Law in 1995;

In addition to the objects that need to comply with the standards outlined in Chapter 2 of this regulation, the authority, the aviation unit is responsible for the layout, the staff have sufficient professional qualifications, have the responsibility, ethics, health and style conscious discipline organization to serve the flight muscle.
3. When receiving special missions, heads of agencies, the unit involved in the airline industry is responsible for organizing the deployment of special missions in the correct position and tasks quickly, fully, safely and on time.
