The decision on issuing the regulation seek civil aviation rescue _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of TRANSPORT pursuant to the law of civil aviation on 26 December 1991, Vietnam and the law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law of civil aviation on April 20, Vietnam in 1995;

Article 2. This decision has the effect after 15 days from the Post Gazette. Annuls decision No 219/TCHK January 1989 of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration issued rules seeking relief and the previous provisions contrary to this decision.

1. this regulation regulates the search-rescue and urgent danger for civil aviation (hereinafter referred to as the search-rescue aviation).
2. this Regulation applies to every organization, Vietnam and foreign individuals are related to search-and rescue operations of civil aviation on the territory of Vietnam and the notification bay that held international civil aviation Affairs for executive management, Vietnam.
Article 2. In this regulation, the terms below are interpreted as follows: 1. The unit of rescue search services (Search and Rescue services unit) is a unit of synergistic implementation of search-rescue in the search or rescue within the area assigned, including synergistic Center search-rescue Extra Rescue Center, alarm Stations;

6. air traffic Agency (Air traffic service unit) is the agency that provides the flight notification service, air traffic advisory, alarm, air traffic control, including air traffic control agency, the notification Center, Room procedures;
7. air traffic control agency (Air traffic control office) is the agency that provides the air traffic advisory services and air traffic control;
8. notification of Flight Centre (Flight information centre) is the Center offers flight notification service and alarm;
9. flight procedures Rooms (Air traffic services reporting office) is the agency that receives the reports relevant to the work of air traffic and flight plans before the train's departure;

Chapter 2: RESPONSIBILITIES of the ORGANIZATIONS and individuals RELATED to search and RESCUE OPERATIONS of CIVIL AVIATION article 3. Article 4. Civil Management Center Vietnam is responsible for: 1. Inspect, supervise the operation of the synergistic Center search-rescue and search and rescue forces in the right;
2. Planning the training, professional coaching search-and rescue the Director approved Vietnam Airlines;
3. Assigned the synergistic Center search-rescue and Rescue Sub Centre plans search-rescue and regularly directs the organization exercises to improve the ability to search-and rescue when the accident occurred.
Article 5. The regional airports are responsible for: 1. Inspect, the search-rescue and emergency dangerous airport in the airports;

Article 6. Synergistic centers search-and rescue is responsible for: 1. Planning the rescue search in the search-rescue. Article 7. Synergistic centers search-rescue rescue sub centre is responsible for setting up the network with direct contact information: 1. the air traffic agency concerned;

Article 8. Each search-rescue in the synergistic Center search-rescue and rescue sub centre does not have the responsibility to: 1. Implement proficiency plan, action plan set forth in article 6 of this regulation;

3. Maintain, ensure food supplements, medical, signal equipment, means of rescue, rescue;

Article 9. Search-and rescue teams must be given sufficient means and the equipment to quickly reach the scene and help, timely rescue. Article 10.
1. Article 11.

Article 13.

Article 14. Article 15. Article 17.
1. Article 26. Chapter 4: IMPLEMENTATION article 31.

b) entrusted the work of search-and rescue down civil aviation agencies, units of the rights according to the authority;
c) assigned to the search-rescue;
d) publish and update names, addresses and means of communication of the Organization, individuals related to search-and rescue operations.
