Considering the recommendation of the Minister of public security, decision: article 1. Approval of the "master plan of drug prevention to 2010" with the following: 1. The goal to raise the awareness of people in the whole society about drugs, cocaine and drug prevention work; stop, pushing back cocaine to basic payment to 2015 to be cocaine in the country, contribute to healthy social development, ensure political security, social safety and order; at the same time actively participated in the struggle for drug prevention in the region and the world.

Article 3. Implementation 1. 17.
