The DECISION of the MINISTER of trade on the authorisation for the Board of management of Nhon Hoi economic zone management of export-import operations and commercial activities of the enterprises have invested abroad in Nhon Hoi economic zone TRADE MINISTER pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated 16 January 2004 of the Government function duties, powers and organization of the Ministry of Commerce;
Base industrial regulation, export processing zones, industrial high attached to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 from the Government;
Pursuant to decision No. 256/2005/QD-TTg on October 18, 2005 by the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Management Committee of Nhon Hoi economic zone;
According to the proposal of the people's Committee of Binh Dinh Province in no. 108/TTr-UBND on 07/11/2005 decision: article 1. Authorisation for the Board of management of Nhon Hoi economic zone (hereinafter referred to as the management) management of export-import operations and commercial activities for enterprises foreign investment and the business side on the basis of business cooperation contract investment in Nhon Hoi economic zone (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise with foreign capital).
Article 2. Management Committee of Nhon Hoi economic zone import plan review and manage the commercial activities of enterprises foreign investment according to the following: 1. Review the import plan includes the following: 1.1. Browse the import and validation plan tax free import of machinery, equipment, transport, construction materials, spare parts for fixed assets investments including the import by method of hire-purchase financing.
1.2. interim plan Browser to import machinery, equipment and transport means of foreign rental, not yet in technology to cater for the operation of the business.
1.3. Browser plans to import materials, raw materials for manufacturing, business activity of the business.
2. Browse the liquidation of machinery, equipment, vehicles, supplies, raw materials of enterprises have invested abroad in accordance with circular No. 01/2005/TT-BTM on 06/01/2005 of the Ministry of Commerce.
3. Browse the imported product plans to combine with the export products of the enterprise with foreign investment.
Article 3. Quarterly management submitted to the Ministry of Commerce reported the implementation of export and import of the enterprise with foreign investment under the guidance of Ministry of Commerce circular No. 22/2000/TT-BTM on 15/12/2000 of the Ministry of Commerce.
Article 4. The Trade Ministry periodically inspecting the implementation of the provisions of this authorisation decision under the provisions of the law.
