Decisions about the allocation of tasks to manage drug prices and drug price management established in Vietnam drug administration _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ MINISTER of health pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated 15 May 2003 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of health;
Article 5 of the law on bases of pharmacy no. 34/2005/QH11 on June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to decision No. 2964/2004/QD-BYT on August 27, 2004 of the Minister of health functions, duties and powers of the Service, Bureau, the Office of the Ombudsman, the Ministry of health;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Organization Department, Director of planning and Finance Director of drug administration, Ministry of health, Vietnam DECIDED to Things 1. Delivered to the Vietnam Drug Administration helps Health Minister performs management functions of State about drug prices under the provisions of the law.
Article 2. Establishment of drug price management in Vietnam Drug Administration Bureau Chief to help make the task of managing the State on drug prices as defined in article 1 of this decision.
Delivered to the Director of the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Management Bureau specifies the duties and powers of the drug price management.
The payroll of the drug price management lies in the total staffing of the Vietnam drug administration was Health Minister.
Article 3. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date The report.
Article 4. The grandparents: Chief, Director of the Organization Department, Director of the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Management Bureau, led the Service, Bureau, Inspector-Ministry of health, the heads of the relevant units responsible for the implementation of this decision.
