DECIDES article 1.-Now published regulation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam water works press of the foreign missions in the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

PROVISIONS Of The MINISTRY Of FOREIGN AFFAIRS Of The DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC Of VIETNAM On The PRESS ACTIVITIES Of The FOREIGN MISSIONS In The DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC Of I. PUBLICATION 1. To permit publication, foreign missions in the Democratic Republic of Vietnam submitted to the press service of the Foreign Ministry stating: newsletter name, genus, the purpose, the framework, the official headquarters, printing house, the number and duration of the release of the news.
2. within two months from receiving this license, if the newsletter is not published then the license considered no value anymore.
