The DECISION of the MINISTER of FINANCE On issuing the regulation drafting, issuing and checking the legal text of the Finance Ministry _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of finance pursuant to the law enacting the legal text in 1996, the law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law issued legal documents in 2002 and documents guiding the implementation;

The scope, subject to 1.
