Pursuant to article 16 of the law on organization of the Council of Ministers on 4 July 1981;
Pursuant to decision 214-CP of the Government Council on 21-11-1970;
Pursuant to decision No. 64b-HĐBT of the Council of Ministers on 12-9-1981;
Proposal of Lai Chau province people's Committee and the Organizing Committee of the Government, the decision: article 1. Now adjust the administrative boundary some of the communes of the arrondissement of Dien Bien and Lai Chau province in the Muong are as follows: a. Dien Bien District:-separate the 200 acres of natural land area of Qingming to merged into the town of Dien Bien; Cup of 165 acres of natural land area of the town of Dien Bien to merged into the town of bar bones.-the town of Dien Bien had 300 acres of natural land area with 10,000 demographics.
The boundaries of the commune of Dien Bien in the East and to the North by Thanh Minh Township; to the West by the commune of Thanh Luong and Thereto; on the South by Thanh-Thanh Minh had bone. 6,080 hectare natural area.
Thanh Minh Township boundaries in the East by the Muong Phăng; to the West by the commune of Thanh Luong commune, Thanh Thereto Dien Bien; Thanh township on the South; the North borders, WH Solo Township.
