A DECISION.

CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE PEOPLE

In accordance with Articles 17, 23, 25 of the Law of Organizational Law has been amended, supplematuated by the amended Law, supplematuation of some of the provisions of the Law organising the People's Court of Vietnam by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam through 28-12-1993;

Base on Resolution 116th NQ/UBTVQH9 on 02-02-1994 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the implementation of the Amendment Law, the addition of certain provisions of the Law of the People's Court;

A DECISION.

What? 1:

The Supreme Court of the Supreme Court has the function, the mission:

1. Chief Justice, retrial the economic cases of the provincial level of trial that the verdict, decided to have the legal effect of the law being appealed under the rule of law.

2. Help the Chief Justice of the Supreme People 's Court to settle a complaint against the jurisdiction of the Court of Economics, which helps the Chief Justice of the Supreme People' s Court to exercise the right to oversee the jury, retrial the sentences of the Economic Tribunal that had legal effect. 3. Preparing the program before the jury trial, the retrial of the Committee of Judges and the Supreme People ' s Court of Appeals for the economic cases in which the sentence, decided to have the legal effect of the law being appealed under the rule of law.

4. Draft of the preliminary report, summup and the pros of the Supreme People ' s Court on the trial of economic cases and the settlement of the claim to the bankruptcy of the business.

5. Draft the guidelines of the Supreme People ' s Tribunal for the Courts of Subordination to the applicable law of law of economic cases and settlement of the claim to the declaration of the bankruptcy of the business.

What? 2:

The Supreme Court of the Supreme Court is appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

The Chief of Staff, Chief Minister of the Economy, the Chief of the Organization-the cadre is responsible for this decision.
