QUYẾTĐỊNH On the establishment of the Board of the industrial and export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 322, dated 18 October 1991 of the Council of Ministers issued regulation of export processing zones, Decree No. 192/CP dated 28 December 1994 the Government promulgated the regulations of the industrial park;
According to the proposal of the President of the people's Committee of Ho Chi minh city, Chief Secretary of the Organizing Committee – Government officials and opinion of the Ministry of planning and investment, Ministry of industry, the decision: article 1.-the Management Board of the industrial and export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City on the basis of the Organization , rearrange the management of export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City to manage the industrial and export processing zone in the city.
Management of export processing zones and industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City, performed the duties and powers of the management of export processing zones as specified in article 57 of the regulation on export processing zones attached to Decree No. 322, dated 18 October 1991 and industrial zones management according to the provisions of article 20 of the regulations of industrial attached Decree No. 192/CP dated 28 December 1994 from the Government.
Management of industrial and export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City has legal personality, has its own stamp image coat, payroll and operating expenses due to the State budget.
Article 2.-management of the industrial and export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City has a Chief, a Deputy Chief of the Committee, the Commissioner is to represent the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Bank of Vietnam, the General Department of customs, and the maid.
Human resources management of industrial and export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City Government appointed by the Prime Minister upon proposal of the President of the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and organizing Committee Chief Minister-Government officials.
The help of the management by the Management Board decided after reunification with the organizers-Government officials.
Article 3.-the decision has effect from the date of signing. Annuls decision No 63/CT May 26, 02, 1992 by the Prime Minister about the personnel management of Tan Thuan Export processing zone and the text of the 433/KTĐN on October 27, 1992 on the name change management Tan Thuan Export processing zone in the management of export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 4.-the Minister, Prime Ministerial-level agency idea, government agency heads, the President of the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and head of management of industrial zones and export processing zone in Ho Chi Minh City is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
