To strengthen governance for the amateur radio activities in Vietnam, ensuring order, social safety, postal administration issued rules to regulate the activities of amateur radio.
AMATEUR RADIO REGULATIONS (attached to decision No 99/1998/QD-CSBD on 14th February 1998 of the General Director of postal Bureau) Chapter i: GENERAL RULES article 1: amateur radio regulations (hereinafter the regulations) apply to the radio amateur activity on the entire territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
