Decision on the establishment of the Steering Committee to build the "Vision 2020" _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;

The base announcement no. 133/TP-TW on April 29, 1998 of the Politburo on the construction strategy of socio-economic development 2001-2010;

Considering the recommendation of the Minister of science, technology and the environment in no. 263/TTr-BVHTT on January 29, 1999, decision: article 1. Establishment of the Steering Committee to build the "Vision 2020".

Article 2. Delivery of the Ministry of science, technology and Environment Agency to organize and develop "Vision 2020". Steering components to build "Vision 2020" includes: 1. Minister of science, technology and environment: head of Department, 2. the Director of the Center for social science and Humanities: National Vice, 3. Deputy Minister of science, technology and environment: a permanent Commissioner, 4. The Member representative bodies :-: 1, Foreign Ministry, Ministry of education and training: 1 person,-government offices: 1,-Social Science Center and the Humanities: one country,-the center of natural science and national technology: 1,-Institute of development strategy: one, the Central Education Faculty Committee: 1 the Chairperson build "Vision 2020" is responsible for approving the list of members of the Steering Committee and the changes (if any) in the process of implementing the program on a basis consistent with the aforementioned bodies.

Funding the Organization and implementation of activities of the Steering Committee are taken from the source of funding for science and technology careers.

Article 3. This decision has effect from the date of signing.

The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, government agencies, the Chairman of people's Committee of the central cities, and members of the Steering Committee to build the "Vision 2020" is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
