The PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION On the establishment of the Steering Committee of project construction management mechanism innovation of science and technology of the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;
To innovate the mechanism of management of scientific and technological activities;
According to the recommendation of the Minister of science, technology and environment, decision: article 1. Establishment of the Steering Committee of project construction management mechanism innovation of science and technology with the following members: 1. Head: Minister of science, technology and the environment;
2. the Standing Committee: Deputy Minister of science, technology and the environment;
3. The Commissioner:-Deputy Minister, Ministry of planning and investment, Ministry of finance, the Deputy Minister--Deputy Chairman of the Government Office,-industrial,-Deputy Minister Deputy Minister of agriculture and rural development, Minister of Justice-,-Deputy Minister of education and training,-the Director of the Center for natural science and national technology , Director of the Center for social science and humanities.
Article 2. The Steering Committee of the project construction management mechanism innovation of science and technology has a mission:-to sum up, the comprehensive review of the management of science and technology in the past, from which to draw the lessons learned for the management of science and technology;
-On the basis of combining the experience of management of science and technology in the country with the study, reference to international experience, project management mechanism innovation of science and technology and to draft legal texts concerned, the Prime Minister before 1 June 2000.
Article 3. The Steering Committee established the task force to help the Research Steering Committee, editors. The task force consisted of the officers of the above-mentioned bodies and other relevant agencies.
Article 4. This decision has effect from the date of signing.
The members of the Steering Committee of the project construction management mechanism innovation of science and technology; The Secretary of the Ministry of science, technology and the environment, planning and investment, finance, industry, agriculture and rural development, the judiciary, education and training, Minister, Chairman of the Government Office, Director of the Center for natural science and technology, National Director of the Center for social science and Humanities countries and heads of the relevant agencies responsible the implementation of this decision.
The Steering Committee of the project construction management mechanism innovation of science and technology will cease operations and dissolved after the scheme was approved by the Prime Minister.
