Decision on the establishment of high-tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, affiliated to the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 the Government issued regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/CP dated 8 July 1999 the Government issued the Charter investment management and construction;
Pursuant to decision No. 145/2002/QD-TTg dated 24 October 2002 by the Prime Minister on the establishment of high-technology zone in Ho Chi Minh City;
According to the proposal of the President of the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City in the sheet number 2846/UB-VX on August 19, 2002, the opinion of the Minister of planning and investment, the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of science and technology, the DECISION: article 1. Establishment of high-tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City directly under the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 2. High-Tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City functions, the task of managing the operation of the high-tech zone in Ho Chi Minh City under the rule of law.
High-Tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has legal personality, there are seals, opened the account in the State Treasury and banks.
Article 3. Organization of high-tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City include:-Chief, Deputy Chief and several of the Commissioners.
The Prime Minister appointed the Committee as proposed by the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the Minister of the Interior.
Chairman of people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City-appointed Deputy head, the Deputy Head of the Board of management of high industrial zone of Ho Chi Minh City.
-The Charter activity, organization, staffing of the high-tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City by the President of the people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City decided at the suggestion of the head of the high-tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 4. This decision has the effect after 15 days, from the date of signing.
The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of people's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and head of the high-tech Zone Management Committee of Ho Chi Minh City is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
