The DECISION on expanding the range of Lao Cai border gate economic zone _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government, 25 December 2001;

Consider the proposal of the President of the Lao Cai people's Committee (the number of Sheets in the 760/TT-UB dated September 10, 2002), Minister of planning and investment (in the text of 7374/BKH/QLKT on November 20, 2002).

Decision: article 1. Expand the range of Lao Cai border gate economic zone more Tan and Kim Dong (Lao Cai town).

Article 2. Kim and Fellow Recruit Township in Lao Cai border gate economic zone are applied to the policies prescribed in decision No. 53/2001/QD-TTg dated 19 April 2001 of the Prime Minister on the policy for border gate economic zone.

Article 3. In the process of implementation of Lao Cai province people's Committee is responsible for:-planning, implementation of planning border gate economic zone within the scope defined in article 1;

-Work closely with the Ministry of defence, the Ministry of public security to implement the projects related to national defense and security;

-Sort order of priority investment in construction works and projects to use effectively;

-Annual reporting process by the Prime Minister. Hosted, in cooperation with the ministries concerned to conduct reviews of the application of the above policies and recommendations to the Prime Minister, the additional adjustment needed.

Article 4. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signing.

The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies and the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee in Lao Cai is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
