The DECISION of the MINISTER of INVESTMENT and PLANNING On issuing mode of periodic statistical report on labor and income applicable to State agencies, business units, political organization, social-political organizations, social organizations in the public sector _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of PLANNING and INVESTMENT and accounting Ordinance base Thanh market statistics published by Order number 06/LCT-HĐNN on 20/5/1988 of the Council of State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
To base the decision of the Prime Minister no. 40/2002/QD-TTg dated March 18, 2002 about the authority issued the legal text;
Base No. 794/VPCP-on 24 February 2003 KTTH of government offices about the issuing of statistical reporting regime;
To meet the requirements of the information service of the State management in the current period, the decision: article 1. Issued the report mode periodic statistics on labor and income applicable to State agencies, business units, political organization, social-political organizations, social organizations in the public sector by the Central and the City Manager (and accompanying mode).
Article 2. The heads of the State bodies, business units, political organization, social-political organizations, social organizations in the public sector says in article 1 is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
Article 3. General Director of the Statistical Bureau is responsible pursuant to this report mode, the system rules the form and explain the scope, content, method of calculation to guide implementation.
Article 4. This reporting regime has effect from January 1, 2003, and replaces each section in the report issued under the decision No. 219/GSO/GSO and 220 31/12/1990 of the General Director of the Statistics Bureau.
 
MODE PERIODIC STATISTICAL REPORT on LABOR and INCOME APPLICABLE to STATE AGENCIES, BUSINESS UNITS, POLITICAL ORGANIZATION, SOCIAL-political ORGANIZATIONS, SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS in the PUBLIC SECTOR by the CENTRAL and city management (attached to decision No. 145/2003/QD-BKH on March 7th, 2003 by the Minister of planning and investment)
I. the meaning and PURPOSE of statistical reporting regime periodically aims to provide information to the system of State statistics general economic statistics indicators.
II. Content Mode 1. The Unit reports include: State agencies, business units, political organization, social-political organizations, social organizations in the public sector by the Central and city management.
2. the content of the report: includes information that: a) labor, such as:-the number of workers have come to the end of the reporting period;
-The number of women workers;
-The number of contract workers;
-Number of average workers;
-The number of workers increased in the reporting period;
-The number of workers decreased in the reporting period;
-Labor needs no use at the end of the reporting period.
b) of income:-gross income;
-The salary and the salary nature clause;
-Social insurance paid instead of salary;
-The average income of an employee.
3. the report period: a) for reports of the base unit by province/City: management report-6 December: sent to the receiving unit is the latest report on July 20.
-Report: sent to the receiving unit is the latest report on 5th April next year.
b) with respect to the report of the Facilitator/Ban/branches in city management: report-6 December: sent to the receiving unit reported the slowest is 1 August.
-Report: sent to the receiving unit is the latest report on April 15 next year.
c) with regard to the report of the base unit by the Central managing activity in the city.
-6 month report: sent to the receiving unit reported the slowest is 1 August.
-Report: sent to the receiving unit is dot report on April 15 next year.
4. The unit receiving the report:-with regard to the report of the base unit by the City Manager: Send Fan/Board/management.
-With regard to the report of the General Department of/Ban/branches in city management: Statistics Bureau Sent city.
-With regard to the report of the base unit by the Central managing activity in the city.
* Sending statistics city.
* Send Ministry.
III. IMPLEMENTATION the heads of the State bodies, business units, political organization, social-political organizations, social organizations in the area by the central State and the City Manager is responsible for the full observance of this reporting regime.
General Director of the Statistical Bureau is responsible pursuant to this regulation reporting form system and explains the scope, content and methods to guide implementation.
