The DECISION of the SECRETARY, the CHAIRMAN of the GOVERNMENT OFFICE Of the regulation function, the tasks of the unit in the Office of the Government-------------------------MINISTER, CHAIRMAN of the GOVERNMENT OFFICE pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated 5 November 2002 of the Government functions, tasks , powers and organizational structure of ministries, ministerial agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2003/ND-CP dated 20 February 2003 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Office of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/2003/ND-CP dated 12 March 2003 the Government issued regulation on the work of the Government;
