The DECISION on the establishment of industrial zones Management Board the Pacific PRIME to base Government Organization Law on 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 the Government issued regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones;
Consider the proposal of the President of the people's Committee of Thai Binh province in writing of 118/TT-UB dated December 4, 2003 and the Minister of Interior No. 3076/text at TTr-BNV on December 23, 2003, Decisions 1. Establishment of the Management Board of industrial-Thai Binh province people's Committee affiliated to the Pacific to manage the province's industrial zone in the Pacific.
Management of industrial region the Pacific has the responsibility to perform the duties and powers of the management of industrial region as prescribed in article 27 regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones attached to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 from the Government.
Management of industrial region the Pacific have legal personality, have accounts and seal coat of arms image. staffing and funding of activities in management staffing and budget levels for the Pacific.
Article 2. Management of industrial region the Pacific has a head of Government appointed by the Prime Minister; a number of Deputy Head of the Committee, a number of Board members by the Chairman of the people Committee of the Pacific.
Management of industrial zones and the Pacific have the apparatus according to the provisions of article 28 of the regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones attached to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 from the Government.
Article 3. This decision has the effect after 15 days from the date The report.
Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee of the Pacific and head of management of the industrial zone of the Pacific is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
