The DECISION of the MINISTER of NATURAL RESOURCES and the ENVIRONMENT Of the program of action of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment make the conclusions of the sixth Conference of the Central Committee of the Communist Party tags IX and action program of the Government science and technology RESOURCES and the MINISTER of the ENVIRONMENT pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated 11 November 2002 from the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment;

Proposal of the Director General, science-technology, decision: article 1. Approval of the action program of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment make the conclusions of the sixth Conference of the Central Committee of the Communist Party tags IX and the Government's action programme on Science and technology with the following contents: 1. c) technological innovation, scientific progress application, contribute to accelerating the work of the basic investigations; improving the quality of the investigation, observation, prediction of resources and environment to serve socio-economic development and security protection, defense.
d) accelerate the process of modernizing the industry resources and environment to meet the requirements of the industrialization and modernization of the country, striving to 2010 putting scientific and technological level of the resource and environment sector reached the level of advanced South-East Asian region. 2.
