Article 1 DECISION. Approval of the project "development of the chemical industry to 2010 serve the industrialization, modernization of agriculture, the countryside" with the following contents: 1. c. general mobilization and effective use of the advantages of the in-country resources and all resources abroad to develop chemical industries, focusing on key products to serve agriculture, rural areas, such as fertilizers, plant protection drugs, basic chemicals , products made from natural compounds, rubber, plastic etc.;
d. priority on attracting foreign investment in the field of basic chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, pigments, advanced battery manufacturing, industrial gases. Investments in various forms such as a joint venture in the country, type of equipment, type of techniques, etc.;

2. Development 2.1. Development of chemical products for agriculture a. fertilizer: fertilizer development is one of the central tasks of the chemical industry to 2010 and the year next to serves agriculture.
