The PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION to approve the list of commercial development projects in the Mekong River Delta region in the period up to 2010 the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant resolution No. 21/NQ-TW on 20 January 2003 by the Politburo and Directive No. 14/2003/CT-TTg dated 05 June 2003 by the Prime Minister on the direction, tasks, solution of social-economic development and security-defense in the Mekong River Delta region in the period 2001-2010;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of Commerce, Chairman of the people's committees of provinces and cities under central Mekong Delta region, DECIDES: 1. Approved project list of commercial development in the Mekong River Delta region in the period up to 2010 in order to orient the local system of commercial infrastructure, effective (list attached).
Article 2. Held: 1. The President of the people's committees of provinces and cities in the central region of the Mekong Delta, the base directory of the project, each project feasibility report, process of approval authority and the balance of resources to implement. For the project was viable, reports need to steer the relevant levels, industry review items of the project to have the proper adjustment.
2. Ministries, central agencies, base functions, tasks, guiding, coordinating and facilitating the local Mekong Delta region to implement projects under the category have been the Prime Minister for approval.
3. for commercial development projects eligible for funding support to the central building, the Ministry of planning and investment, consistent with the Finance Ministry to consider additional goals, from the central budget, on the basis that the layout in the estimation of local annual budget as prescribed in clause b of Article 29 of Decree 60/2003/ND-CP 6 June 2003 the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the law on the State budget.
4. In the process of implementation, the local people's Committee in the Mekong River Delta region adjust the name of the project in accordance with decision No. 1371/QD-BTM, on 24 September 2004 by the Ministry of Commerce issued regulations on the Trade Center and supermarkets; Ministry of Commerce, in coordination with the local Cuu Long River Delta review, the Prime portfolio adjustments to match the practices of social-economic development of the locality.
Article 3. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date The report.
Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the people's committees of provinces and cities under central Mekong Delta region is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
