The DECISION by the PRIME MINISTER on the approval of the project "construction of the learning society in the period 2005-2010" FROM the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law on education in March 1998;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of education and training, the DECISION: article 1. Build the country become a learning society with the basic criteria is creating opportunities and favorable conditions for people of all ages, all levels are learning regular, continuous learning, lifelong learning everywhere, at all times, all levels, all levels; mobilizing the general power of the whole society to join in building and development education; every person, every organization has the responsibility, the duty of learning and active participation to build the learning society.
