The DECISION of the PRIME MINISTER approving adjust overall planning to build the city of Taiyuan, the Thai PRIME MINISTER'S 2020 pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;

Approve the adjusted master plan to build the city of Taiyuan, the province with the following principal contents: 1. The scope of the study the research scope planning 18,707 ha including 17,707 ha natural area of 1,000 hectares in the North of the city and the River Bridge in left bank and High Pure Copper Township Township Dong Hy district; study boundaries are defined as follows:-to the North by the districts of Phu Luong, Pronouns, and Hy;

-To the West by the District of Pronouns;
-The eastern borders Phu Binh District.
Planning scope: 6,080.23 ha including existing city ground and 1,000 hectares of the North River in the commune, Dong NGAN and High District Council Hy.
2. nature: Thai Nguyen city is the center of politics, economy, culture, science and technology, education, health, tourism, the services of Thai Nguyen province and the northern mountain region; one is the industrial center and the country's education and training.
