The PRIME MINISTER'S DECISIONS About directions, tasks and plans of development of transport in the Mekong River Delta region until 2010 and towards 2020 PRIME Government Organization Law base on December 25, 2001;
Proposal of the Ministry of transport (text no. 3010/TRANSPORT-May 23 2005 SHORT-TERM and number/7302 BGTVT-TAY on November 21, 2005) and the comments of the Ministry of planning and investment (text no. 6409/BKH-KCHT on Sep. 20, TEL & 2005) about directions, tasks and plans of development of transport in the Mekong River Delta region by 2010 and 2020 decision: article 1. Approved direction, mission and plan the development of transport in the Mekong River Delta region until 2010 and towards 2020 with the following principal contents: 1.
