The DECISION of the MINISTER of the INTERIOR On the promulgation of regulations reviews, rated preschool teachers and public school teacher, the MINISTER of the INTERIOR pursuant to Decree No. 116/2003/ND-CP dated 10 October 2003 by the Government on recruitment, use and management of cadres civil servants in the business units of the State;

Article 6. Classification criteria 1. Standard classification of political, ethical quality, lifestyle: a) the good kind: As the teacher reached the following requirements:-good standing policy, the laws of the State;

-Exemplary fulfill obligations of officials and servants, the provisions of the Charter, the regulations on the Organization and operation of the school;
-Completion of the outstanding tasks;
-Preserving the quality, reputation, honor of the teachers; respect the personality of the person educated, treated fairly with the learner, the protection of the rights, legitimate interests of learners;
-Life epitome, in the morning; the high prestige of colleagues, students and people; have a good influence in school and society.
b) Kind rather: Is the teachers meet the following requirements:-the full executive policy, the laws of the State;
-Full implementation of the obligations of officials and servants, the provisions of the Charter, the regulations on the Organization and operation of the school;
-Complete the assigned tasks;
-Preserving the quality, reputation, honor of the teachers; respect the personality of the person educated, treated fairly with the learner, the protection of the rights, legitimate interests of learners;
-Have the prestige of colleagues, students and people.
c) type of medium: Is the teacher reached the following requirements:-the observance of the law of the State policy. The full implementation of the obligations of officials and servants, the provisions of the Charter, the regulations on the Organization and operation of the school;

Article 8.
