Decide on the arrangements, reorganized the business units directly under the Department of health also Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated 15 May 2003 of the Government _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated 5 November 2002 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries, ministerial agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated 15 May 2003 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of health;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of health and Minister of Home Affairs, Decisions 1. Reorganized the business units directly under the Department of health also Suggested timeframes No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated 15 May 2003 of the Government as follows: 1. Hold the unit:-tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital, Phuc Yen Central;
-Vietnam-Sweden hospital Uong bi;
-Information Institute-central medical library;
-Hospital equipment and medical works;
-Medical Engineering College I;
-Medical College of engineering II;
-Medical engineering schools;
-Medicinal high school. 2. Rename the following units:-the national accreditation centre of vaccines and medicinal products into national testing of vaccines and medical products;
-Hospital-Quynh Dermatology hospital established the Central Dermatology-Quynh;
-Hospital Dermatology-Hoa Thanh Phong hospital Rules-the Central Dermatology Hoa Rules.
-Hospital 71 71 central hospitals;
Institute-member of the central drug testing;
-Media Center health education into the educational Media Center Central Health;
-Institute of vaccines and equipment (Nha Trang) into the Institute of vaccines and medical products;
-Science Center, Sabin vaccine production Research Centre, producing vaccines and medical products.
3. Upgrade and rename the check industry Institute in Ho Chi Minh City into drug testing Institute in Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Merger of journal of AIDS and of HIV/AIDS Prevention Bureau, Vietnam.
5. The Ministry of health building project established Central-facial Institute, the prime consideration, decision.
Article 2. The Minister of health specifies functions, mission, organizational structure and relationships of the business units defined in article 1 of decision article 3. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signing.
The previous provisions contrary to this decision are hereby repealed.
Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee, the central cities is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
