The DECISION of the MINISTER of the MINISTRY of CONSTRUCTION issued a regulation on administrative procedures and public attitudes style of public officers in granting a building permit, certificate of practice building activity, license for foreign contractors in construction activities in Vietnam _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ CONSTRUCTION MINISTER pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/ND-CP dated 4/4/2003 of Government of functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP dated 7/2/2005 on the management of government investment project construction;
Pursuant to decision 87/2004/ND-CP dated 19/5/2004 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of regulations to manage the operations of foreign contractors in the field to build in Vietnam;
At the suggestion of the Director of the construction decision: article 1. Attached to this decision the provisions of administrative procedure and public attitudes, manners of public officers in granting a building permit, certificate of practice building activity, license for foreign contractors in construction activities in Vietnam.
Article 2. This decision has the effect after 15 days from the date The report.
Article 3. The Chairman of the committees of the provinces, central cities and other organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
