About the release of the National Program

to promote foreign government aid from 2006 to 2010.

PRIME MINISTER

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

On the recommendation of the Chairman of the Public Works Committee on foreign non-governmental organizations.

DECISION:

What? 1. The Board of Directors of the National Institute for Promoting Non-governmental Assistance from the period 2006-2010 " aims to strengthen the management and efficiency of cooperation with foreign non-governmental organizations.

What? 2. The Chairman of the Public Works Committee on Foreign Non-governmental organizations is responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the National Programme for promotion of non-governmental aid to non-governmental governments in 2006-2010.

The Ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Government, the Chairman of the Government, Chairman of the People's Committee of the provinces, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, based on the National Programme for the promotion of non-governmental aid to the foreign government in 2006- 2010, construction and implementation of the Ministry of Foreign Government Assistance Program of the Ministry, Industry and Local Government.

What? 3. The decision came into effect after 15 days, since the day of the announcement.

The ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Government, the Chairman of the Government, the Chairman of the People's Committee, the Central City of the Central Committee, is responsible for the decision.
