Decree No. 17/2007/ND-CP of the Government on the amendments and supplements to some articles of the Charter service of commissioned officers, the Vietnam people's Army soldiers attached to Decree No. 54/CP dated August 7, 1995 by the Government _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on Government Organization tháng12 25, 2001;

Considering the recommendation of the Minister of national defence.
DECREE: article 1. Amendments and supplements to some articles of the Charter service of commissioned officers, the Vietnam people's Army soldiers (attached to Decree No. 54/CP dated August 7, 1995 by the Government) as follows: 1. Modify, Supplement item 2 article 2 as follows: "2. Commissioned Officers, reserve soldiers are divided into class a reservists and military personnel of the secondary reserve : a) class a reservists: non-commissioned officers, soldiers have served active enough deadlines or on prescribed time limit; commissioned officer, demobilized soldiers ahead of time, but has served in five on May 6; non-commissioned officers, soldiers have undergone combat; female reservists second spent coaching focus enough, 6.
b) reservists second-rate: commissioned officers, soldiers demobilized before the deadline but has served in five under 6 months; citizens have not served at five from 26 years of age was commissioned into the reserve; female citizens have registered military service as defined in article 4 of the law on compulsory military service ".

5. Amendments, supplements article 16 as follows: ' article 16.
