Considering the recommendation of the Minister of national defence.
DECREE: article 1. Amendments and supplements to some articles of the Charter service of commissioned officers, the Vietnam people's Army soldiers (attached to Decree No. 54/CP dated August 7, 1995 by the Government) as follows: 1. Modify, Supplement item 2 article 2 as follows: "2. Commissioned Officers, reserve soldiers are divided into class a reservists and military personnel of the secondary reserve : a) class a reservists: non-commissioned officers, soldiers have served active enough deadlines or on prescribed time limit; commissioned officer, demobilized soldiers ahead of time, but has served in five on May 6; non-commissioned officers, soldiers have undergone combat; female reservists second spent coaching focus enough, 6.
b) reservists second-rate: commissioned officers, soldiers demobilized before the deadline but has served in five under 6 months; citizens have not served at five from 26 years of age was commissioned into the reserve; female citizens have registered military service as defined in article 4 of the law on compulsory military service ".
2. Amendments, supplements paragraph 3 article 2 as follows: "3. the commissioned officers, reserve soldiers in each grade is divided into two groups: Group a: including the citizens until the end of 35 years; female citizens to end 30 years of age;
Group B: include the citizens from 36 years to the end of 45 years; female citizens from age 31 to the end of 40 years ".
3. Amendments, supplements article 6 as follows: "article 6:1. The rank and the rank of non-commissioned officers, soldiers are defined as follows: a) private army: soldiers;
b) commissioned: Deputy Chief Sub;
c) Sergeant: U.s. Captain;
d) CWO: Deputy platoon Chief. 
2. Rank of military rank and position equivalent to the position specified in paragraph 1 of this article by the Secretary of the Department of Defense regulation ".
4. Amendments, supplements article 8 as follows: "article 8. Non-commissioned officers, soldiers violated military discipline, the law of the State sanctioned according to the orders of Team Manager Vietnam people's army and the law of the State ".
5. Amendments, supplements article 16 as follows: ' article 16. Non-commissioned officers, soldiers in five enjoy the mode according to the law on compulsory military service on December 30, 1981; Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law on military service of 21 December 1990; Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law on military service of 22 June 1994; Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law on military service on June 14, 2005 and the mode, the policy specified in the Decree of the Government. 6. Amendments, supplements article 17 as follows: "article 17. Commissioned officer, when soldiers demobilized are entitled to the benefits under the provisions of article 4 of Decree 129/2006/ND-CP dated 26 October 2006 from the Government ".
7. additional amendments to article 18 as follows: "article 18. Non-commissioned officers, soldiers had to serve in Active 24 when discharge was entitled under regulation policy in paragraph 4 Article 4 of Decree 129/2006/ND-CP dated 26 October 2006 from the Government ".
8. Modify Article 19 as follows: "article 19 repeal regulations on labor, public interest obligations".
9. Revised supplementary article 20, as follows: "article 20. Reservists in training focus time, check the status ready to fight, the family allowance as follows: 1. for reservists: 1 class a) reservists are entitled to 1 salary, wages of families support each day by the coefficient of 0.05 compared to minimum wage levels;
b) reservists in the # 1 does not affect wages, wages of families support each day by the 0.1 factor compared to the level of the minimum wage;
2. for reservists, class 2: a) reservists are entitled to 2 class wages, wages of families support each day by the coefficients 0.025 versus the level of minimum wages;
b) 2nd class reservists are not entitled to wages, the wages of families support each day by the coefficient of 0.05 compared to the minimum wage level ".                                                                        
Article 2. The Decree has effect after 15 days from the date The quote, the previous provisions contrary to this Decree are repealed.
