Temporary provisions DECREE, social security regime for GOVERNMENT armed forces pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;
According to the recommendation of the Minister of Defense, Minister of Interior, Minister of labor, invalids and Social Affairs.
DECREE: a. GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1.-this Decree prescribing the mode of social insurance for professional military personnel, officers, non-commissioned officers, the people's Army soldiers (soldiers) and officers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers people's police (public safety) : 1. sickness allowance regime;
2. maternity allowance regime;
3. mode support, workers ' compensation or occupational disease;
4. pension regime;
5. electronic productivity mode.
Article 2.-The social security regime provided for in article 1 of this Decree shall be applied: 1. for military personnel and public security of the people in an affected wages are applied both 5 insurance regime.
2. for military personnel and public security of the people in an affected subsistence are entitled to 2 modes of subsidy of labor accidents or occupational diseases and death dog mode.

V. ELECTRONIC PRODUCTIVITY MODE

D. ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS article 21.-the Decree has effect from 1 April 1993.
The previous provisions contrary to the provisions of this Decree are repealed.
Article 22.-the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance shall guide the detail and implementation of this Decree.
